CONSISTENT FRUITFULNESS AND PRODUCTIVITY

That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:10).

God’s desire for you is to be fruitful and productive in every area of your life, not occasionally, but consistently. As the seed of Abraham and a child of God, you’ve been empowered to live a result-producing life. You’re not here to merely exist; you’re here to make an impact and bear lasting fruits.

The Lord Jesus said in John 15:16, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain...” (John 15:16). Earlier in the 8th verse, He said, “Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples” (John 15:8). Fruitfulness is a spiritual quality, and it extends to every good work—soul winning, your career, your relationships, your service in God’s house, and more.

The key is walking in the consciousness of your divine nature; that way, productivity becomes your lifestyle. You don’t have to struggle to succeed. The life in you naturally produces excellence, wisdom and increase. Christ in you guarantees a life of ever-increasing fruitfulness and productivity.

Christ in you causes your ideas to prosper and your efforts to yield lasting impact. Even when others fail, you succeed. Even in tough seasons and austere times, you flourish, because you're connected to a higher power and you play by a different set of rules.

Furthermore, fruitfulness and productivity increase with knowledge. The more you grow in the knowledge of God, the more effective and productive you become. Therefore, feed on the Word. Meditate on it. Educate your spirit with the Word and watch your life move from glory to glory. Psalm 1:3 further reveals how consistently fruitful and productive your life is when you meditate on the Word day and night: “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

PRAYER: Righteous Father, I thank you for making me fruitful and productive in every good work, and to walk in divine wisdom and excellence. Your Spirit is at work in me, causing me not only to desire your divine will but also to carry it out. My life is a testimony of your grace, love and mercy, and I increase in knowledge and abound in wisdom as I fulfil your purpose for my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
